Application Engineer

Delsys is seeking an application engineer with a biomedical or mechanical engineering undergraduate degree to join our growing product support team. The role involves integrating technical knowledge with the human movement sciences to support a growing client base across the globe. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are key components for success in this position.  Hands-on training and mentoring will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

·         Handle technical support inquiries

·         Provide training and support to partners

·         Maintain and organize support databases

·         Assist product engineers to remain up to date on hardware/software features

·         Travel to tradeshow & customers for trainings as needed

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree biomedical or mechanical engineering

·         Lab experience

·         Strong command of written and spoken English

·         Knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, and/or human anatomy

·         Sales and Customer Support experience a plus
