Support Engineer
Delsys Europe is seeking a team-oriented individual with a technical background to support European users with technical support and customer service. The successful candidate will be involved in daily client communications , product testing, user training and overall technical support of high-end wearable sensors.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle incoming technical support inquiries
- Provide training and support to partners
- Troubleshoot Delsys hardware and software
- Colloborate with business teams for customer demonstration and training
- Maintain and organise support databases
- Work alongside the Support Manager in executing related tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or technical discipline (eg. engineering, life sciences)
- Experience in product or technical support
- Excellent interpersonal skille to establish and maintain the trust and confidence of customers
- Good organisational skills and deadline management
- Knowledge of, and interest in, biomechanics, physiology, and/or human anatomy
- Laboratory experience
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range from 23,000 – 28,000 GBP, dependent on experience
