Product Specialist
Delsys Europe are offering a career opportunity to an exceptional and experienced individual with a human movement sciences background to assist the sales and customer support teams. They will be heavily involved with pre-sale activities, technical support, and customer education and training. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work across teams in applying expert knowledge to support the growth of the business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Interact existing and potential clients to support their application needs
- Deliver high quality educational support to users and partners across Europe
- Provide remote or onsite equipment demonstrations and customer training
- Troubleshoot Delsys hardware and software
- Maintain, update, and organize databases
- Exhibit at regional and international conferences
- Prepare, file, and send sales documentation
- Collaborate with development teams on latest technologies and their applications
- Write and maintain technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree or higher in a scientific or technical discipline (ex: engineering, life sciences)
- Excellent knowledge and experience with EMG and its application in human movement sciences
- Proven experience and success in a product support or sales role
- Willingness to travel, approximately 20% (national and international)
- Knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, and/or human anatomy
- Experience in signal processing
- Laboratory experience
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range from 32,000 – 45,000 GBP, dependent on experience
