Delsys is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our daily business operations. Candidates will work directly with both junior and senior members of the sales, manufacturing, and marketing teams to accomplish daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Organize administrative and logistical matters pertaining to product sales with Delsys staff, customers, and regional partners, via phone email, and physical mail.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and airway bills for outgoing shipments.
- Arrange travel and meeting logistics for office visitors and Delsys staff travelling to global destinations.
- Manage office supplies and materials.
- Assist sales and marketing teams with acquiring and tracking client and prospect information.
- Perform other routine clerical and administrative tasks, as well as additional duties assigned by senior staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).
- Familiarity with Quickbooks or other accounting / bookkeeping software.
- Able to accomplish tasks in a timely manner with limited supervision.
- Bachelors or Associate degree preferred.
- 2-5 years experience with a manufacturing or engineering company is preferred.
