Based in Natick MA, Delsys, a mid-sized R&D company with a dynamic work environment, is looking for an experienced mid-level office manager to join our growing team. The office manager’s role will be pivotal for managing various routine administrative and human resources tasks.
In this role, the office manager will work with the accounting manager & senior staff, smoothly running general office duties and human resources tasks.
Routine duties include:
- Provide general support to visitors
- Arrange weekly lunch and breakroom snacks for company employees
- Arrange repairs and maintenance of office equipment
- Coordinate with the management on office infrastructure and upkeep
- Managing employee expense claims
- Manage weekly/monthly interactions with key vendors
- Assist the accountant with general bookkeeping tasks
- Perform additional duties and assignments as needed
Desired Experience and Skills
- Must be a US Citizen
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent preferred
- Three to five years combined Office Management Support Experience (Bills Payment & HR Support) is critical
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (Desktop and Online)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
- Sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time, onsite position. Hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexible schedule considered.
