De Luca Foundation Launches New Website

The De Luca Foundation (DLF) is a private charitable organization that dedicates its financial resources to serving the Biomechanics Research Community through R&D grants, travel grants, public education, and workshops to foster education, research and innovation in electromyography and human movement sciences.

The foundation celebrates the life of its founder, Professor Carlo J. De Luca, who passed away on July 20, 2016. Prof. De Luca was a forward-thinking leader in Electromyography and Motor Control. He believed strongly in providing opportunities for both young and established investigators in the field. With this mission in mind, he established the Neuromuscular Research Foundation in 1985, now called the De Luca Foundation as an homage to its founder.
