2024 kicked off with the expansion of the Delsys International team, which has facilitated some incredible interactions and input from movement science researchers in India.
2024 also marked the landmark release of our latest EMG system, Trigno Centro. Trigno Centro’s bold new updates, including an expanded wireless range, in-built triggering, increased data-handling and sensor capacity have facilitated novel setups in labs across the world ensuring the ability to perform innovative new research for years to come.
In our pursuit of expanding lab capabilities this past year, we have also explored applications of Delsys EMG in exercise physiology, rehabilitation, and virtual reality through our EMG and Beyond blog series. These blogs draw attention to the complimentary relationships between EMG data and physiological metrics presented by our partner equipment, which includes Moxy Monitor and VO2 Master.
The activity we saw in 2024 was reflective of the incredible growth of the global biomechanics’ community, especially within India. This year alone, Delsys equipment was cited in over 670 studies across the world.
