Michaela received a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and a M.S. in Biomedical Engineering & Biotechnology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2017 and 2019, respectively. As a Client Support Associate, she provides technical support and training to customers and assists the sales and marketing team.
