Support Manager

Delsys Europe is seeking an experienced, highly organised individual with a technical background to manage the technical support team and provide customer service to our European users. The successful candidate will be involved in daily client interactions with key responsibilities for relationship managment, oversight of support processes, product testing, user training, quality system management and overall technical support of our high-precision wearable technologies. Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and strategise support processes
  • Handle incoming technical support inquiries
  • Troubleshoot Delsys hardware and software
  • Colloborate with business teams for customer demonstrations and training
  • Maintain and organise support databases and CRM
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Work with quality management team on documentation and processes
  • Update management with action summaries and quantitative data

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or technical discipline (eg. engineering, life sciences
  • 3+ years experience in product support or technical managerial role
  • Experience of successfully managing relationships with clients
  • Laboratory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, and/or human anatomy
  • Experience in signal processing

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary range from 32,000 – 38,000 GBP, dependent on experience
