Time Shift
This calculation alters the domain data in the data series so that it is
shifted. This is intended to be used on time series data to compensate for
a delay introduced into some of the analog channels during data
collection.
In the script, this is performed by altering the XStart value of
the data series. Prior to this, if specified, the data may be zero padded.
