Support Engineer

Delsys Inc. is seeking a team-oriented individual with a technical background to aid its users with technical support and customer service. The successful candidate will be involved in daily client communications , product testing, user training and overall technical support of high-end wearable sensors.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming technical support inquiries
  • Provide training and support to partners
  • Troubleshoot Delsys hardware and software
  • Colloborate with business teams for customer demonstration and training
  • Maintain and organize support databases
  • Work alongside the Support Manager in executing related tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or technical discipline (eg. engineering, life sciences)
  • Experience in product or technical support
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain the trust and confidence of customers
  • Good organizational skills and deadline management
  • Knowledge of, and interest in, biomechanics, physiology, and/or human anatomy
  • Laboratory experience
  • Basic knowledge of FDA and ISO regulatory standards
