Support Engineer
Delsys Inc. is seeking a team-oriented individual with a technical background to aid its users with technical support and customer service. The successful candidate will be involved in daily client communications , product testing, user training and overall technical support of high-end wearable sensors.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming technical support inquiries
- Provide training and support to partners
- Troubleshoot Delsys hardware and software
- Colloborate with business teams for customer demonstration and training
- Maintain and organize support databases
- Work alongside the Support Manager in executing related tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or technical discipline (eg. engineering, life sciences)
- Experience in product or technical support
- Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain the trust and confidence of customers
- Good organizational skills and deadline management
- Knowledge of, and interest in, biomechanics, physiology, and/or human anatomy
- Laboratory experience
- Basic knowledge of FDA and ISO regulatory standards
