Sales Engineer

Delsys Inc. is seeking a passionate, self-motivated and team-oriented individual with a technical background to drive sales and customer interactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business team in daily sales activities, presale support, and other efforts to maintain the proven track record of growth for the Delsys product line.


  • Drive and manage relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Actively source sales leads
  • Provide remote or onsite demonstrations and customer training
  • Exhibit at regional and international conferences
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases
  • Proactively keep up to date with markets and competition
  • Generate marketing efforts for distribution to clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with engineers and support team to maintain expertise in new hardware and software features and functionality
  • Quantify sales goals and projections
  • Prepare, file, and send sales documentation


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or technical discipline (eg. engineering, life sciences)
  • Experience and proven success in a sales role
  • Ability to integrate technical knowledge into business aspects of a medical device company
  • Willingness to travel (national and international)
  • Knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, and/or human anatomy
  • Laboratory experience preferred
