Client Support Associate I

We are seeking an ambitious recent graduate with a biomedical engineering degree, Physiology, or Kinesiology or to join our growing product support team. The position will expose the candidate to sales and marketing development, client education, Quality Assurance, and R&D.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Communicate product, promotion, and technical information with potential clients
  • Maintain, update, and review customer database
  • Work closely with R&D team with data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with product engineers/support team to remain up to date on hardware/software features
  • Work closely with sales/tech support teams in organizing conferences & workshops
  • Hands-on involvement in executing and refining company’s regulatory / QA policies
  • Generate and review marketing materials for distribution to clients and prospects

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, biomedical engineering, or physical therapy
  • 6-12 months of laboratory data collection and analysis experience
  • Strong command of written & spoken English
  • Strong understanding of Biomechanics and physiology

Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years of prior Tech Support or Business Development Experience in the Life Sciences field
